The Hotel Barclay project is located on the northwest corner of 4th and Main Street in downtown Los Angeles. The building comprises of 6 levels and a basement. The building is of a cast iron structure with wood joist floors and designed by the prominent Los Angeles-based architect Morgan & Wells in 1896. The existing 6 level building and basement will undergo a complete renovation. This building is designated as a historic building and is registered under the Mills Act.
